"Nice hotel in beautiful surroundings"
This is a nice hotel off the beaten track. Nice decor and rooms very comfortable. Relaxing for a couple of nights stay. Gardens lovely and nice to look out on from the bar at the rabbits at dusk.

"Beautiful guest house - modern and clean. "
A real gem of a place. Lovely, modern and clean. We stayed in a twin room - small but beautifully formed. Could do with having tea and coffee making facilities in the room - we are early risers and the lounge were the tea and coffee was available, didn't open until 7.30am. Also needed a mirror in the room - especially if drying hair. The breakfast was wonderful - no cooked breakfast - but this was so much better with lots of choice. Absolutely loved the fact that there was a bottle of almond milk in the fridge - especially as my friend cannot drink cows milk - nice touch. Overall - would stay here again - every time.

"Impeccable and exquisite b&b beyond expectations"
In a wonderfully rural setting, this beautifully decorated and furnished house was the perfect short stay for us after our wedding. The owners were delightfully welcoming as were their two lovely dogs Tiny and Lola. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the quirky local gastropub, The Bell. In the morning we were served an excellent breakfast, and enjoyed a very pleasant stroll around their large gardens. We stayed for one night but should have stayed for more.

"A quiet hotel not far from the beach."
I walked to Beachy Head from the hotel and enjoyed the views while having a meal at the restaurant there. It is a long walk but very rewarding for the sea views. On another day I took a bus trip to Brighton to shop and visit the Royal Pavilion, from the top of a bus you can see much of the Downs. At the end of my stay I went to two opera performances at the Congress Theatre which is within walking distance of the hotel and safe to do so at night. I thoroughly enjoyed myself while staying here and would visit again in future.

"Fab b&b - sea view!"
I booked this B&B for me and my daughter for a special birthday treat for her. It was perfect. Lovely hosts, perfectly located, really comfortable room which had everything you could ever need. Amazing breakfast. Only negative was a little traffic noise at night - but there's not a lot to be done about that if you are on the front! Suggestion: you could use locally made jam etc at breakfast and sell some too? Perhaps local art work too? Thanks for a lovely stay.

"Wonderful B&B - worth a visit"
Plus: Conveniently located not far from waterfront, pier and restaurants, warm & friendly welcome upon arrival, complimentary parking permit, nice modern and spacious (loft) room with very comfy bed, good breakfast & coffee (served with a smile in a cosy room), nice treats with coffee/tea maker, excellent tv and channel/movie offerings. Not so good: we were unlucky to have noisy neighbours on the first night till past midnight (so sound proofing not so good for at least loft room), water storage tank for house appears to be located in room close to the bed with frequent noise of water running for filling up, water pressure of shower was low in the morning (good in afternoon), water takes long to warm up or runs out quickly (even in the afternoon). Would we stay again? Yes, but in another room.
