Central, Comfortable Hotel
Very good hotel, almost next to Brighton rail station and a 5 min walk to the centre of Brighton. The room was clean and comfortable. It looked like it was twin beds pushed together to make the double, but the mattress topper and lovely big duvet meant it was not noticeable. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet warm. The room was also very warm so we had the window open during the day. We couldn't at night as the noise would have kept us awake, (well you are in the centre of Brighton!), but with the window shut, we couldn't hear anything and was not kept awake at all.
Breakfast was a serve yourself buffet, with plenty of choices and good quality and tasty food. The staff were friendly and helpful and served in the bar as well as reception. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there with a cheery "good morning" or "good night".
