Comfortable room although rather too warm overnight and we did eventually have to turn radiator down manually. Also disturbed by outside noise into the night. Good breakfast but would have liked option of a fried egg rather than only scrambled egg.
Had an amazing time. Room was brilliant, never felt so relaxed. Staff were out of this world, very helpful and informative and couldn’t do enough for you! Can’t wait to go back. Food was absolutely gorgeous. The Spa was perfect very relaxing and cosy. Location was perfect not far from plenty things ...
Good hotel with an unbeatable location on the seafront with Brighton Pier a stones throw and next to the Lanes. Slightly let down by small but niggly inefficiencies such as room request not being filled, room keys wrongly coded, room not cleaned on one day and had to wait till the end of the day ...
One the best hotels that I have stayed in, a warm welcome from the staff wherever I went, very nice breakfast, free, fast wi-fi and free private parking, unusual to find to such a large hotel so well looked after, this is a hotel that makes you feel special.
This seafront hotel is ideally situated, close to the i360 tower, the Lanes and Brighton Pier. Breakfast was excellent; there is a car parking close by and the room was comfortable and warm. A good option for a short break.
Good hotel if you like golf, which I don't. Some of the hotel, including my own room, was a little bit tatty (it could have one with a lick of paint) and there were some annoying sdetails - such as the shower door not closing properly, meaning the bathroom floor got absolutely soaked. Food not bad ...
Staff were friendly and helpful. Only one very small slow elevator. Rooms on the small side, but great location for beach and town.
Nice olde worlde hotel. Loads of character. My only complaint is that the shower was broken. When I tried to turn it on, the hot water nearly scalded me through the broken fitting.
