I came here for valentines day, from the moment we walked through the door the staff were nothing but nice to us, they were extremely helpful and very informative of the activities within the local area. The room was excellent , very clean and contained all we needed, we had a beautiful view of the sea and our own little veranda. we enjoyed drinks at the bar in the evening and breakfast was excellent. Far better than many other places ive stayed, infact ive already booked our room again, we loved staying here that much , i give this hotel 10/10 i advice anyone considering staying in brighton to check out this place its amazing

The stay at this hotel was decent , but the facilities are a bit outdated , the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in my life, looks like it was picked from the street and furnished the hotel with it . Parking it’s a big issue , even within 5-10 walk it’s a pain to find parking , and the parking on the property it’s always busy.

Really good last minute overnight stay, with everything we needed, clean hotel, comfortable bed, good breakfast and nice polite staff. Have stayed at the hotel previously, and would do so again.

Booked a room last minute for myself and my daughter on New Year's Eve. Check in was nice and easy and the receptionist was very pleasant. We had a room to the back of the hotel on the first floor. The room was very cosy and the beds comfortable - I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The room and bathroom were both clean. The staff at the hotel were all lovely and helpful. We met Dave at reception in the early hours in the morning on New Year's day. He assisted us with parking and we had a lovely chat after - thank you again Dave! In the morning we had breakfast at the hotel and Phillip was the most amazing host. So attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff.

I liked the area since it was walkable and next to the sea. However, the parking lot was very narrow and not easy to park. It was first-come, first-serve and if you are late, you may have difficukty with parking. The room and bathroom, where I stayed, were not well maintained.

Nice stay at the hotel. We were upgraded to a sea view and the staff were friendly which was great. Our room was a bit dated with damage to the wardrobe door but the hotel was remarkably clean. The breakfast was also superb, cooked to order and served to your table, tasty and had continental buffet available too. The surrounding area was fairly quiet and out of the way of shops etc but right opposite the sea which was wonderful.

Howling noise through the night
We were only staying one night which was a good job or we'd be knackered!!! The weather was pretty awful wet and windy but not that bad that we coukdnt walk to and from Brighton. Twice. The issue came when we went to bed. Thete was a very loud, very strange noise. Initially i thought it sounded like waves crashing on the beach and given we were close to the seafront it was possible. However we were at the back of the hotel on the first floor. It went on ALL night. We mentioned it at the front desk and she said when its windy it blows through the pipes..... anyway going to the car we noticed a huge vent on the side of the building which was probably on our outside wall. We think it was this. Apart from that a good stay. THE MOST PERFECT poached eggs for breakfast. compliments to the chef x

The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. I appreciated being able to leave luggage and was able to check in a bit early after a long flight. The room was quiet, except for the sound of the sea; clean, comfortable and offered all the essentials.

Sea View with a Smile
As soon as I arrived at hotel the receptionist said that they upgraded my room to sea view which was very nice. The room was clean and tidy and very spacious. I had the cooked breakfast a bit pricey at £15.00 but it was very nice will definitely stay here again if I am in the area
