The reception team should be more friendly. They seemed cold whilst the restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and engaging.

Spacious room, very clean and tidy, everything in the room was in good condition and the room was well fitted out. The staff were very helpful. I had room service one evening and the quality of the food from the restaurant was really excellent. Location is 2/3 mins walk from a tramline which has two trams passing by very frequently so if you want to get the tram it's easy, otherwise walking into the city centre is a pleasant, easy walk - maybe 15 mins at a gentle pace with nice things to see on the way. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anybody planning to stay in Graz

Great option in Graz
A well-kept hotel with very polite and professional staff, excellent breakfast and decent dinner The property also has a gym and access to tram service is available just outside the hotel. Also offers free parking which I did not need on this occasion. Overall a good experience.

Great hotel with excellent service
Tje hotel, staff, breakfast and location were all excellent. The staff was especially helpfull and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the pillow was too soft for my likeing.

The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. They suggested evening walks, restaurants, area events, etc. They printed materials I needed printed. The restaurant staff picked my dinner selections and dessert two nights in the garden and both were delicious!!

great location and lovely large room
very pleased with hotel, lovely large room, and large bathroom. plus a walk in wardrobe with miinifridge. It is a shame the hotel doesn't advertise that they also provide a kettle and teabags. This was a very pleasant surprise.

Great hotel well located in the city of Graz. Helpful staff, great restaurant and large rooms. The beds are a bit on the minimalist side in regards to the mattress. Overall outstanding hotel.

Good hotel. Terrible wifi
Nice hotel in Graz. Good location and well maintained. Excellent restaurant, nice spa features and a small gym. Rooms are nice. My main beef is the wifi. It is slow and cuts out every 30 mins forcing you to login again. This might have been okay 10 years ago, but is a pain in today’s world.

Very nice hotel in Graz. Easy access to Old Town. Very comfortable with good breakfast. Would recommend to visitors of Graz. A bit more expensive than other hotels in Graz but is worth the extra cost. Breakfast was good. This survey that requires long response is really unreasonable and the minimum comment length should be deleted..

Lovely Room, Lovely Stay
It is worth it to upgrade at least one level from the basic room category. Our room (236) was spacious and very clean, had working air conditioning and a huge bathroom. Check in and check out was friendly. Room was ready when we arrived a half hour before checkin time. Parking was included and the Old Town is a pleasant 10 minute stroll. Nice garden area where a cold drink can be enjoyed. All in all, this was a great stay and we would stay here again.

Very convenient and clean hotel.
Graz is a pretty city. Must visit. This hotel is located in a great location. Walking distance to the downtown Graz. I love it. The staff are all friendly and nice. They can call a taxi for guests.

Great romantic boutique hotel! Don't let the pictures of the outside building fool you. It is beautiful inside with an old fashioned luxury look. We had an extralarge double bed, and room was very nice, clean and spacious. The only only thing that probably didn't work that great was the AC but the temperature was not bad itself. excellent staff! Helped us and took their time with everything!

Originally planned to only stay the one night but our business hosts had a night planned for us so we extended our stay on arrival, which was so very easy to do. The room was very spacious and had all the expected amenities. The bar was good, nice relaxing, comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and had a very good range from cereal, fruit, cold meats, toast, hot food including scrambled egg…. I had my naughty treat of smoked salmon and scrambled egg two days running. :)

I was on a business trip and the hotel was very close to the convention center. The rooms are large and my garden view was lovely. I was particularly impressed with the great pool. Wish I would have had time to use it more!
