Lovely hotel

Great location. Room overlooked the Marina. Lovely view. Hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Pool and sauna were great. Would stay here again.

Location: My stay was work related. No sightseeing, but it is near Hull.
A short 1 night stay, to prevent a late drive. After a pleasant business diner and party I went to my room, where I had a pleasant and long sleep. Nice to see the boats from my window. The personnel was friendly and helpful and everything was tidy and clean. No parking problem either. I didn't ask or need more. If required I will not hesitate to return.

Great Stay

Great stay all made possible by the 2 Sarah's at the front desk. I cannot leave the jolly round and lovely waiter Paul or Mark can't remember. He made the impromptu birthday dinner for my husband special. Thanks for the birthday cake at such short notice. Thanks to all of you and your 'can do attitude' . The magic is not in your infrastructure. It is in your dedicated truly service oriented staff.

Great location but looking slightly tired

Pros: The great location
Cons: Internet and the modernisation of the bathroom..
The internet is advertised as FREE but you have to join their IHG rewards club to get the free internet and when you do eventually get it your messing about with typing in codes etc. The pool and gym are adequate, OK for a short visit. The bar and dining areas are ok but looking a little tired and could do with some modernisation, but the breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and good quality. The room and the bathroom are both showing signs of wear and the bathroom could definately do with refurbing although it was very clean.

Tired, dirty hotel

Stayed in an executive room, not sure what part of it was executive. Dirty cups and glasses. Dirt on the net curtains, black marks on the dressing gown that was left saying you could buy it if you wanted! Why would I buy a dirty dressing gown. TV channels not working. Hotel in general is tired and needs a refurb. Buffet is not fresh cooked, so lukewarm fried food

Good comfortable stay

Good hotel, close to the shops, museums and the pubs. Very friendly staff, comfortable bed, large room and fab breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Hull
