Good location for exploring

Pros: location, friendly helpful staff
Cons: provide real shampoo and conditioner and a more powerful hair dryer
Location: Easy walking to Cathedral and shops - indeed most tourist attractions in Perpignan are in walking distance.
The friendly staff stand out. They were very helpful. The breakfast is OK with a limited range of cooked choices for 14 euros. There are also room service meals available. The rooms are small and there is only liquid soap for hair and body. The car park under the hotel is convenient, with reduced rates, but there is no direct access. Interesting dinner choices nearby (Txoko is recommended).

Hotel is on the corner of the noisy street.

Rooms are with smell of dampness, leaking shower, no water in the refrigerator. No parking around hotel.

Regarding the parking, we think that you have not payed attention because there is two public parkings at the hotel - an exterior one in front of the hotel and un underground one under our hotel. Bright, youthful, new hotel, very close to CDG. Convenient. Shuttle makes it easy to go to CDG

Great location for transport and tourist sites

Over for the rugby league ..Prime location a park over the road to the right and 6 bus stop right outside for beach at Canet suds few minutes from Castille... very helpful staff very comfortable bed and good size bathroom...moved there from another hotel due to overbooking ..but would return

Poor for Best Western

Very poor hotel. No restaurant . Cafes/restaurants within walking distance all closed before 6.40 pm. Seasonal? 1st room allocated already had a resident in it. Could have been extremely embarrassing. Roof leak in hallway near 2nd room left carpet sticky and smelly - destroyed my shoes. Room poor condition. Checked out early.

OK hotel. Not exceptional in any way.

Pros: Location
Cons: Quality and price of breakfasts.
Location: Very close to old quarter and the Cathedral. The tourist train is only 2 minutes away.
2 night stop here in July 2016. Location is excellent. Close to the old quarter, and the cultural centre of the city. The hotel itself is fine. Clean, comfortable.....but as with most of France, you do get a drains smell form the shower room - even 5 floors up! We paid for breakfast both days, but wish we had not. Way overpriced for the quality offered and compared to local cafe prices.

Comfortable, friendly hotel in an ideal position near Perpignan city centre and the historical old town. Very near bus stops for local travel.
