Quality hotel. Two problems that i accounted. Bed was uncomfortable, and dinner menu was short of Polish dishes.

Beautiful building, awkward place to live. Need to walk up a long car ramp to get into the hotel, followed by a hard to push revolving door. Not a single door around the hotel can be opened by a guest key. The shower reaches up to my chest, so have to stand on my knees to shower. Outstanding gardens in the back. Beautiful beach.

This is an very beautiful classic Belle Epoque hotel from 1927. It is located beautifully on a long white beach. It is an impressive hotel, and the staff is very attentive and nice.The only negative thing was that the air condition did not work well enough, so we had a couple of warm nights.

Beautiful hotel
Outstandingly beautiful on the outside, adjacent to both the beach and the park. Just a couple of minutes’ walk to bars and restaurants. However, apart from the reception area and a couple of other spaces, the interior was a little generic, typical of a large chain, and was a little disappointing.

The hotel’s location is perfect if you want to be right by the Baltic Sea as it’s near the Sopot pier (called Molo Sopockie) and the lighthouse. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help to make your stay very comfortable. We enjoyed staying at Sofitel Grand Sopot hotel very much and will be back there next time we are in Poland on vacation.

I loved the Art Deco feel of the hotel. The bar is a real treat to visit. Breakfast too was amazing - so much choice and all very high quality. Only downside was that the room was very, very hot at night even when we adjusted the thermostat. We had to open the window and turn on the fan.
