Not so good breakfast regarding choices of food etc. First day it took ca 30min before i could have a coffee because of broken machines. Have been on many hotels. It was the simplest breakfast i have seen. Started to buy my own coffee. Very good coffee on the gas station close to the Hotel :) Bed sheet had a stain of something that looked like blod. The top sheet. Other than that the room was clean. The bed was pretty hard. I didnt like it.

Possibly the worst hotel I have stayed In. arrived to bloodied pillowcases and urine in bathroom, dust and crumbs on floor.

Great Hotel on the Outskirts of Gdańsk
My stay here was excellent because the staff are extremely welcoming and there are a range of services available to guests. It is around a kilometre away from the city but there are plenty of shops and a couple of restaurants even for those that do not want to walk as much.

No surprises, just standard focus hotel
Room are little bit tired, standard focus chain breakfast, which is good, spacious parking, air conditioning works fine though and noise isolation is ok

There a week no towels changed hotel a bit away from centre around 20 minutes stroll though not through the prettiest of areas. There is a bus stop at the door though as weather fine always walked. Breakfast plentiful but a bit pricey evening meal fine though only had that once. Staff very good no issues.

Excellent hotel, lovely staff. Let me stay longer in room as I needed for extra hour at no extra cost. Helpful. Food wasn’t great however that’s polish food for me! I’ll Be there again soon on my return.

The first room that was given to us had a bad smell in the room, but the receptionist was willing to give us a different room. We were very thankful for that. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

A good hotel for the price
I really enjoyed my stay. The room was basic but clean but it was expected for the price paid. The hotel is approx. 20 minutes walk away from the Old Town but it was easy to find. Breakfast at the hotel is over priced, walk into Old Town for a much cheaper meal. I would stay again.

My husband and I used this hotel as a stop over , coming back from a family wedding . We found it to be clean, comfortable and friendly . We would most definitely return.

Satisfactory Hotel
Hotel lovely and clean and most of the staff were lovely. It was about a 20 minute walk from the Hotel to the Old Town which was fine for my friend and I, however if you were elderly it may be too far to walk. The walk into town wasn't very scenic but it was safe enough and Gdansk itself was beautiful.

Almost ok for the price and location
At first sight, room looked excellent value for money. During stay I noticed that aircon wasn't very modern and blowed straight to bed and when sleeping without it your eyes and throat were itchy in the morning, so possibly there was some indoor air problems. There wasn't any bad smell, but during day I had to keep the window open for fresh air and get the symptoms go away. Roof above the shower had marks of possible light water damage.. Room was "cleaned" every day, but basically they just made the bed and took out the garbage. Even towels on floor weren't changed. WiFi worked well, reception was helpfull and breakfast buffet was exellent.

Have to wait for hours for a bus to city centre !
One of the staff in the restaurant very impolite . Toilet flush system not work properly ! Towels only hand back without changing ! Very disappointed experience in Focus Gdansk hotel !

Convenient for Gdansk city centre
I was very impressed with this Hotel as it was modern and very clean. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep even though it is close to a busy road. The breakfast was satisfactory and had the usual offerings. It is not situated in the most glamorous of locations with a KFC and Harley Davidson dealer situated opposite. Ideal if you like Harley D's and fast food. There is a bus stop close by if you are relying on public transport bus 186 will get you to the main railway station in 20 minutes.I would recommend this Hotel to visitors on a budget as it is good value for money. I will definitely stay there on my next visit to Gdansk a truly amazing city that not a lot of people know about.

A very nice and clean hotel
A very nice and helpful staff, would go out of there way to help or assist you in any and every way. Good clean rooms and comfortable mattress on the bed. Food in the restaurant was very good. Transport to town was easy with bus stop right out side hotel but the walk was about 20 minutes and was very enjoyable. I totally enjoyed my stay and if I return to Gdansk I would stay there again,

Expensive and in need of better maintenance
Although designed very nicely, this hotel suffers from poor maintenance, as is often the case in Poland. This is broken, or that is loose, or there is a hole that needs patching etc. The shower in the gym/sauna room would not drain. The staff promised to take care of it, but it was never fixed. The vent in the room would not close, allowing quite a bit of street noise inside. The location is close to the city by car, but walking is out of the question. The area offers nothing in terms of food or shopping (mostly car dealers). The staff are very friendly and really try to be helpful, but there is only so much they can do. This hotel is too expensive for what and where it is, with expensive parking,

This hotel, although very nicely designed, suffers from poor maintenance (typically for Poland). The staff try very hard to be helpful and accommodating, but there is only so much they can do. The walls in the room were dirty with ugly stains that should have been repainted long ago, the shower in the sauna/gym room would not drain (and was never fixed, although the staff promised to take care of it), and the vent in the room could not be closed, allowing street noise into the room. The hotel is expensive, all things considered, with expensive parking. The location is close to the center by car, but if you want to walk, forget about it. The area is mostly car dealers and things like that, so getting a meal locally is out of the question. The hotel restaurant is mediocre, but is the only option.

Good budget hotel
This hotel is a nice hotel next to a bus stop. It takes only 10 minutes to get to the Old Town or the train/bus station. Free breakfast for all guests. You can even get a free sandwich and a cup of coffee on the go. Free wifi in rooms and there is a computer center with a printer in the lobby. Nice clean rooms and very friendly staff. My husband and i stayed here for 3 nights and We will stay there again if we are in Gdansk next time.

Great hotel considering the price
Considering the price paid this hotel really is excellent. It seems very new with well appointed rooms with comfortable beds. We had 3 twin rooms as a weekend away with friends and everybody was very impressed. A taxi from the hotel to the city centre was around £4 which wasn't bad at all. Overall a very good stay

I have stayed here for the second time this year, and would like to say, that hotel left even better impression than for the first stay. Great place to stay - the old city is near, the hotel staff friendly and very expierenced.

Great hotel with a nice touch to it.
Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Nice decor and welcoming atmosphere. Rooms were very nice with soft beds. Wi-Fi was available for free in the entire hotel. I also needed to print something off and they offered free PC's with printers. The restaurant was nice too. Variety of dishes was pretty good and prices were standard as well. The only thing is the location is off the side of a major street. There are only 2 gas stations next to the hotel if you really need to buy a water or small sandwich. Otherwise, one can take a bus into the main city which is about 10 minutes away.

Pleasant hotel for the price
Somewhat distant from the centre of town but staff eager to help with tourist tips and directions. On a bus route but buses not frequent on weekends. Quite far from the airport, staff underestimated the cost of taxi to the airport by almost 50%!

Lovely Hotel
Absolutely superb hotel- I really can't praise it enough. Although the location is a little out of the city, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel with (very) frequent bus connections to & from the city. Highly recommended- I will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic service and convenient location.
The hotel is very cosy and the location is perfect for exploring Gdansk and vicinity. They offer very good and friendly customer service. They even give you free daily newspapers(mainly in Polish tough). The breakfast buffet is excellent and enough to keep you interested even if you're staying for longer (we stayed 6 days). Customer parking is expensive if you don't prepay it when booking the room. The only real downside is that the room is not kept very clean if you are staying for more than 2 days!

Good chain hotel, poor location
The hotel is about 2 km from the center of Gdansk, but its location in an industrial neighbourhood makes a walk to the center unpleasant. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained.
