Nice,warm and comfy room and sauna on the ground floor.The hotel has an elevator. Hotel located in the heart of Gdansk! Walkable distance for most amenities in city! Recommend to everyone! Very happy!!

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel in a perfect location, right in the centre. Warm rooms which were cleaned daily and clean towels supplied when needed. Didnt eat breakfast at the hotel but we ate evening meal at the restaurant and it was beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

The property was fantastic. Friendly from when I first booked and 24 hour reception very handy for late arrivals. I would recommend using their taxi service for transfer. Alot cheapee than online. Had my driver waiting with my name at the airport. The hotel is right next to a church where Bells will ring in the morning. However earplugs are provided and it does give the town a nice feel. Very good location for the main town and Christmas markets. Will definitely use this hotel when I stay again

The Artus Hotel and Staff were excellent. Plenty of choice at Breakfast. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. The Hotel was in a good area near all the sights. I was very impressed with Gdańsk.

Great hotel
On a busy street in the old town, hotel provides ear plugs however and isnt a deal breaker for me personally i slept fine. Room was small but had everything i needed and was comfortable. Was kept clean everyday. Great location.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. In a perfect central location to see the sights of Gdansk, with most being within easy walking distance. Hotel staff were very good and helpful. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. I'd reccomend booking the buffet style breakfast as lots of choice and of a high standard.

Fantastic location
Perfect location and welcoming staff. The restaurant/bar was a nice place to hang out and the breakfast had a good variety with a mix of polish and continental options (modest buffet). The only issue is the church bells at 7am but ear plugs are provided!

Lovely old hotel, central location
Lovely old hotel, ideal spot one street back from the main square, some gems of restaurants nearby. Best to avoid booking breakfast in the adjoining restaurant...wasn't the best and many more much better options nearby.

The staff are really nice and hotel is clean. There was only soap no shampoos or any other hotel treats. The hotel is located on a busy street where there are concerts sometimes at the restaurant across (don’t book a room in the front rooms because you will not sleep). Otherwise the hotel is good. I give it 3/5

Lovely hotel in the old town. Excellent breakfast catering to every nationality. The staff couldn't be more accommodating. Situated next to a beautiful church with what is probably automated campanology, really nice tunes during the day but a little annoying overnight. Be aware that the lift doesn't stop on every floor and if you have poor mobility mention this when you book. Enjoy your stay, we did.

The hotel replied extremely promptly to email sent before arrival advising them of our late arrival . Staff on reception nice and location is excellent . Right in the centre . If you get an Uber or Bolt/freenow from the airport be aware they cannot access the street so will drop you off round the corner . Room was clean and well presented . Very warm and cosy . We didn’t have our room cleaned as was t necessary but if you wish to remember to hang the sign on your door .
