The buffet was plentiful and the staff were extremely friendly. Because of the time of year(Fall), not much was open in town!

Cały pobyt był bez zarzutu. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z poziomu obsługi. Jeśli miałbym wskazać cokolwiek, co nie do końca sie podobało, to okropny zapach pojawiajacy sie nagle w pokoju. Po wyłaczeniu klimatyzacji problem zniknał.

Every thing is clean. The staff and personnel are professional. This Hotel deserves its high rating. Most of visitors of this hotel are from Poland so they found that any one not blond is strange to come 5 Stars hotel, the hotel does not blame about this behaviour that is why I give full marks.

Beautiful property and superior staff. My only complaints are the rooms were too hot and I thought the buffet was expensive, especially since they ran out of their main course before we arrived. Would still return.

Trip to Ustka
Enjoyable stay great hotel amazing breakfast selection.Pool and Spa services are great. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Ustka. I was at the end of the corridor and the WiFi was out a few times so this could be improved.

Average stay
Rooms are noisy, in the first one we had, noise from housekeeping next door from 6.30 am. The next one, noise from some ventilation just outside. The hotel is very big and when at full capacity breakfast becomes a battlefield. Come early to avoid queues for table, juice, coffee etc. The only ‘5 star’ hotel where coffee is not served at your table at breakfast but instead you have to get it from a machine. Rooms basic but clean. Positives: nice pools and activities for kids. Staff not very friendly. Overall not a 5* property, we wont be returning.

The Grand Lubitschs is always a great place to stay. Rooms are very comfortable and staff is very good.

Make time for the spa!
Beautiful hotel. Lots to do. Great spa!!! I actually went 2 times while I was there plus I sat in the the salt room each day. LOTS of families, which was to me the only drawback.

The Grand Lubicz is always great. The rooms are clean, the buffets are good and the amenities are fantastic.

Nice but not great
We stayed at this hotel for a week. It has everything you need except for internet and beach towels. The Ustka town is ok but does not have much to see so it is useful to be in this hotel. The pool is nice but smells a lot of chlorine. The spa and medical services were not at a 5 star level. The restaurant is a bit pricey and empty...

Very nice hotel with many services onsite. Large rooms, super clean. Great for families with small kids. On a more negative note: too few parking spots, wi-fi practically does not exist, breakfast area feels like a train station, lots of chlorine in the pool
