The traditional apartment Toxotis 5 is situated in Triandafillia, Pirgos, Diros, Mani, within a lush green olive grove spanning 6000 square meters. This 200-year-old building features megalithic arches, tiled roofs, cisterns, and cobbled stone, and underwent a complete renovation in 2014. It is conveniently located 3 kilometers from the beach and the Diros cave and 7 kilometers from Areopolis.

Toxotis 5 can host from 2 to 6 guests and offers one bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with a double mattress, along with a double bed in the common area. The apartment covers 40 square meters and features a bathroom with a shower, sea view, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers, refrigerator, and breakfast preparation facilities. The veranda outside the apartment offers beautiful views of the countryside and the sea.

Logement spartiate dans un joli cadre

Joli bâtisse extérieure. Belle terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner et le dîner. Propreté et literie ok. Cependant, l’intérieur est décevant. Décoration de style rustique. Équipements insuffisants ( cuisine très petite rendant toute chose usuelle un peu acrobatique), peu de vaisselles à disposition (4 mugs pour 5, 4 verres pour 5), pas de rangement dans la cuisine, pas de petite épicerie mise à disposition ( sel, poivre, etc.) qui dépanne bien, pas de petit stock non plus de papier wc ( nous avons dû en acheter), pas de machine à laver même collective mise à disposition. Aménagement intérieur sommaire donc avec un éclairage mal conçu : impossible de lire le soir car trop sombre et paradoxalement veilleuse impossible à éteindre la nuit… Nous y avons séjourné en août au plus haut tarif sûrement (160€/nuit) ce qui rend le rapport qualité/ prix assez décevant. Nous espérons que les propriétaires qui semblent vouloir bien faire réussiront à améliorer leur offre pour offrir aux vacanciers plus de confort dans l’avenir.
