We booked this house given the location to the center of town with its ride-in, ride-out convenience. The house was perfect. It was comfortable, clean and was well-thought out for its users with a shed for indoor bike storage, a hose for washing down a day’s worth of gnar, corn hole boards and a firepit for hanging out. Also, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the 1.5 baths were handy and the washer/dryer were clutch. Tommy, the property manager was super friendly and responsive. I was nice to be able to easily walk to the general store and all of the other restaurants in town. The beds were comfortable, plenty of linens were provided, a nice set up for bike washing and bike storage - exactly what we were looking for. Everything about this house and location was fantastic. I stayed in the house with seven friends, and we were all comfortable and pleased with everything. Communications with the owner were quick and detailed, the house was very clean, the location was perfect (walk to shops, restaurants, creek swimming and tiki bar), front porch was enjoyable, fire pit was thoroughly enjoyed, large kitchen, strong wifi signal, and the detached garage with a long bike rack for storing our 12 bikes was excellent (the owner provided a heafty lock for securing the door, but some of use also used cable locks inside because of the large glass windows).We rode the Kingdom trails four days, each time rolling out of the driveway to different trailheads. We had a total of six vehicles in the parking area, including three camper vans, and there was room to spare; it's a big lot. There is also a garden hose for cleaning bikes.
