We got a room right by the freeway and did not sleep all night. Room smelled like cigarettes. Elevators did not work and the walls are paper thin. Christine in the front was awful and overworked. I asked if we can get a Kate checkout because my family hadn’t slept. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE . Pay the extra $50+ and stay somewhere else. You will regret it if you stay here. Towels are disgusting.

"The hotel was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Both restaurants at the hotel made wonderful food. We had breakfast daily, lunch once, and dinner once. We loved everything they made. The hotel is close to everything you want see or fo in Santa Barbara. I highly recommend this hotel."
