**Relax & Unwind**

After a day on the water, soak your cares away in the hot tub (seats 5) or enjoy a session in the barrel sauna (fits 6). Lounge outdoors on the premium outdoor sofa and chairs with plush cushions, unwind in the double hammock (available seasonally during warmer months) overlooking the water and trees, or gather around the firepit with seating for 8 under the stars.

**Fully Stocked Kitchen**

Enjoy a perfect cup of coffee with a high-end Moccamaster drip coffee machine (easy to use!), and an automatic Kitchenaid Burr Grinder. Prepare meals for your group in our fully stocked kitchen: range (electric stove and oven), microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, cooking utensils, serving utensils, dishware for 10, grilling utensils. Grill out with a Weber propane grill on the deck.

- Main floor: Two spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed

** Snowmobile Trips **

Our driveway has ample parking for trailers and there are two nearby access points to the trails. The nearby Pitlik and Wik resort, as well as access off of Highway H. We recommend checking with the local snowmobile clubs to check grooming/trail conditions.

** Lake Life Made Easy **

Enjoy lakefront access with a private pier for docking a boat, plus a nearby public boat launch on Highway D with direct access to the Sugar Camp Chain of Lakes.

Explore the wildlife in the water with 2 stand-up paddleboards and 2 sit-in kayaks. (Pier is installed and water toys available around May - November, weather-permitting.)
