"This was the cleanest most welcoming hotel I’ve ever been to the staff were friendly from the person working the front desk to the housekeeper you helped me out in the morning.. The food here was amazing I came to stay the weekend from Springfield mo and was able to see my husband in yazoo city it was a wonderful getaway I will be staying at this hotel from now on when I make my trips here Cleanliness -10 Friendliest- 10 Breakfast -10 "

"Staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Very clean. Rooms were supplied with soap and shampoo dispensers, which was convenient. We liked the variety of breakfast items. "

"The staff barely spoke English it was very hard to communicate. We were late for our wedding because we had to argue with staff to get clean towels and never got them. My Husband got fed up and went to the store and purchased towels!! The pillows were flat so we had to go and buy pillows also. I do not think they are well equipped to handle long term guest. They need to improve on their necessities like iron, ironing board, shampoo, conditioner and real soap. Plus they kept deactivating our room key and we had paid for five days. Do better please. Other might not be this nice."

"The room was absolutely disgusting. The shower did not work. I turned on the bathtub, but then when I tried to turn on the shower, it did not come out of the showerhead that was rust all over the toilet you could tell the building is old and needs to be redone.. you had people running upstairs all night long so I was up all night because I couldn’t go to sleep with all the noise from above me this was the worst thing I ever had and I will never come back as soon as I checked in they were rude as hell talking about give me your credit card, and they were dying their hair. She had a hairnet on because she just colored it black"

"The shower curtain is falling apart and doesn’t even close off the shower. The caulk around the tub is missing and the gap has trash and dirt. The carpet was dirty like spaghetti sauce or something splattered everywhere. The safety lock is broken off on the door and our keys didn’t work the next morning at all. Overall we thought this may be the “loaner” room or something because it was the last available, there have been people doing drugs or smoking in the bathroom based on the filth all over the bathroom walls. Possibly the door has been kicked in by police or something based on the safety lock being broken off, that gives people an uneasy feeling. I think with a quality maintenance staff and maids who actually want to do a good cleaning job this place could be a lot better."
