"I got what I paid for, a cheap nights stay. Hotel is very old, check in I waited 15 mins behind another guest that was waiting longer and staff was ignoring call bell because they were eating around the corner. A third guest found them. Towels in the room were dirty, I waited to get home to shower. Breakfast was unkept, no coffee by 8am and messy counter with limited options. Cheap night stay= cheap expectations"

"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. "

"This is a great hotel! I plan to make this my go to in indy. The room was decorated nice and it was very clean! The beds and pillows were very comforable! The staff was super nice and they all were smiling. There was even a staffer making omelets during breakfast. "

"Could have done better on keeping up with coffee on Sunday. But overall great experience. Staff was friendly. The pool definitely needs some chemicals adjusted it was very salty, but very warm getting in. "

"There was either a leak from the bathroom shower faucet through the wall or the from the bathtub because of a shower curtain that was too short. The result was the carpet by the bathroom entrance and adjacent bathroom sink was soaked after the shower was used. It resulted in a musty horrible smell in the room. Room #135. "
