"A lot of new properties in the area. Clean, safe, a lot of restaurants, everything we look for in choosing a hotel to stay at. Definitely staying in Braunsburg again when we attend the racetracks and Indianapolis. "

"Quiet area away from the main part of the city. Central air in commons areas wasn’t working but they did have large fans going nonstop. The rooms are large, spotless & safe. Breakfast was standard fare. Staff overall very very pleasant. Very affordable bc it’s NW of downtown whereas all other areas are very expensive. "
"For all the bad reviews this place is what it is. A quick jump of to get to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. One would never stay here but for that fact. I found it clean. That is all I ask. "I never got to see it. Renter never sent check in info. We were in town for the indy 500 race and got stuck stranded there without lodging. We were able to find a hotel room at a couple hundred a night, and thankfully Vrbo refunded this, but iy still wpund up costing me a few hundred more. The phone number on the listing is a disconnected number, so no way to reach the renter. Also, we found out it is a shared apt with the owner, not a 1 bdrm apt. Do not count on this renter! "
