Paid more for a king room. Room251…no A/C working, no bottled waters left in fridge. The room was like a sauna and made us feel ill. Only 1 bath towel in bathroom but we found another in a cupboard. Felt like the room was rushed. Overlooked the main street. My husband witnessed a fight and there was a lot of noise from all the homeless people. Open drug use. We will never be back. The staff at the front desk were lovely and did refund our parking. We would rate this hotel as a 3*. We’re on vacation from Vancouver and we were sadly disappointed after staying at a beautiful hotel in Manchester. Definitely wasn’t worth the money.
