The showers didnt drain properly and flooded the bathroom everytime we showered unless we shut off the water every 2 minutes and let it drain entirely, the rooms were way too warm, AC didnt work, only made it hotter and the windows didnt open, near a construction site and woke up early each morning to loud banging

Tool long to check in with 4 screens but only 2 staff attending to 20 people in que. Breakfast not replenished quick enough. Sink blocked & 2 days later still not repaired. No internet available in the room. & could not send emails. Shower had not enough pressure. Very disappointed.

Close proximity to train station. Spacious bedroom and good outside view from the room. Tons of restaurants, especially Japanese cuisine, across from the hotel. A few things they could work on is the check-out, which there was a cue upon me leaving the day of, and also the elevator control is tricky one. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely be coming back. Thank you.
