On outskirts of Durham, about 10-15mins drive from city centre. Friendly staff, very helpful. Room is fine - clean and neat, although not luxurious. Our room was very quiet, and good temperature. Breakfast is not in hotel, but in the next door gym - basic breakfast but fine and good value.
Beautiful, elegant, spacious, comfortable, Spa is luxurious, multiple ways to relax and be refreshed. Awesome massages with post-massage rooms for gently reentering after a great experience. Helpful staff; great food.
