As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a stylish interior designed to cater to your every need. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with an elegant island and a convenient breakfast bar making this a superb social space. When its time to relax, the living room is front facing and bi-folding doors open out to the patio and terrace overlooking the lake where you can spend hours sitting watching the visiting wildlife on the water. Heading upstairs, the double bedroom treats you to a sumptuous experience with a chaise, Smart TV and dressing area, and the bed is perfectly positioned to gaze out across the lake. The en-suite bathroom is a haven with a large walk-in rainfall shower, ensuring you’ll be refreshed and rejuvenated for the day ahead. For the outdoor enthusiast, there is a network of walking and cycling routes passing close by including connections to the famous coast-to-coast route and the Northern Saints Trail, The Way of Light. There was a welcome pack of milk, bread, butter, teabags and coffee on arrival which was thoughtful. The cottage is down a narrow, bumpy lane so be sure to take a torch if venturing into the village after dark.
