Run down and very small rooms, noisy reception and restaurants area, reception services need some serious improvements

I am terribly sorry to read that you found the hotel run down and noisy in both reception and restaurants area.
When next you make a reservation, please enquire with the reservationist as we have a variety of rooms of all sizes to suit all budgets, which may suit you better.
