No fridge after moving into another room because the tv would not work. Mexicans were yelling and fighting in the parking lot until 4 am. They said they would take care of the two different reservations and to stay I. The same room and then said that it was going to cost more. The pool was not in operation!!! I do not recommend this dump to anyone!!!!

Hot damn, cold water in the shower! Missing bathroom baseboard revealing mold in the wall. Staff was indifferent to the cold shower. Heater sounded like jet engine that turned on every 4 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to use your room for sleeping and/or bathing.

Managers were unfriendly. Room wasn’t clean, I requested floors to be cleaned (hair, dirt) but it wasn’t done. Towels smelled of chemicals, the room smelled of a strong unpleasant cleaner. I would not recommend staying here.

Breakfast had lots of variety. Food quality was not the best. Floors in room were dirty. Walked around in bare feet for a short time and our feet turned black. Ruined socks walking on the floors. Property was pet friendly but had no outside space for dogs to use for potty breaks. Pool was closed. Appears that all The heating units were being removed from the rooms leaving ripped up And broken tile in the bathroom. Could see the ground (ie dirt) in the crack in the bathroom. Walls where the heating units were ripped out were plastered and painted a different color. Not the quietest place in town. On a busy street with lists of noise. Definitely not worth what we paid.

This hotel was just honestly .. gross. The floors were filthy. There was used toilet paper in the bathroom, the tub had filthy hair come up in the tub (it wasn’t draining) there was no hot water. Electricity didn’t work to charge phones .. we switched rooms and the other room had the same issues. We left two nights before check out and didn’t even ask for a refund it wasn’t worth it we just wanted to get out and find a different hotel. Don’t book here. Save your money.

Sorry for your Inconvenince caused at your stay, All our house keeping staff is proffessionally trained its impossbile to be left used toilet paper in the room, you never complained about hot water thing in your entire stay and now you are mentioning this issue, before you lot of people stayed in that room no body has a phone charge issue but you does, that is the reason we have changed your room, where is this point that you left 2days earlier, did u inform anyone that you are leaving? no refund will be provided to you as we didnt know that you stayed or left.

This place was awful..,our sheets were dirty and had pubic hair on them. We got in late in the evening so had no other place to stay. Went down to office to let them know. They gave us so called clean sheets to put on our self because they literally don’t have any employees. And didn’t even offer any type of apology or reimbursement. We literally got catfish does not look like the pictures at all . Also pictures shows that they have an indoor pool. The whole pool room is stacked with boxes and cluttered up. To where you cannot even walk in and no water in the pool at all. Looks like they use it for storage.

Really disappointed… I thought with the name Wyndham that it would be a nice hotel, but this hotel clearly has been rundown. We got to our room, and there was no heat …when we called the front desk and explained that the thermostat was set at the highest temperature, they said “oh that doesn’t work” and instead they brought us a space heaters and plug them into power strips, which you should never do as it’s a fire hazard. There was no hot water and the place was filthy. You could see candy wrappers, and food crumbs on the edges of the floor behind the bed. We stayed one night since we got in late and checked out the next day ahead of our scheduled stay. I have no idea what’s going on at this hotel, but there were so many things that were not working… The pool wasn’t working, I had to wait for someone to come to the front desk when we checked in, etc. As I said, really disappointed…

The thing that made this hotel stand out was the hot tub and pool in the outdoor biosphere. They were not working and the front desk man gave a lame excuse as to why they were not working. This hotel was bought by an Indian family and they are running it very cheaply. The excuse about the hot tub and pool is an example of this. They also locked the ice maker room door every morning which was very irritating. And, crazy, there was no one at the front desk every morning during one of the busiest times of the day. There was a sign saying the front desk staff was away for a short time, but this happened every day. Get the pool and hut tub working - this is the only thing that made the hotel special and different from other hotels on the main strip.

Our bathroom room light didn’t work, the staff came to fix and taped the switch on with electrical tape which doesn’t stay sticky for long, so the light had to be on the entire time which was hard to sleep with two toddlers. It was on main street with poor insulation so could hear all the cars, my mom’s room the heater was out so they had a space heater in there which didn’t work well. The shower was not warm water, the staff was rarely at front desk, and the morning breakfast food was stale and not good.

I’m not impressed with this property nor am I Expedia that I booked it through. Both the hotel website and Expedia said nothing about their pool and hot tub being closed for the winter but both sides show these beautiful pictures of a pool and hot tub that you are unable to use at this time. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the winter without any issue being able to use the pool and hot tub but under new management they are now closing it during the winter, even though it’s fully covered? On arrival we noticed that the pool and tub were both empty. The property refused to do anything about it and Expedia offered us $15 credit since our booking was nonrefundable. Definitely won’t stay at the property anymore it has gone downhill quite a bit since new ownership had taken over.

The property and rooms were disgusting. Outside there was trash everywhere, including a dirty sock hanging in the bushes. The rooms were no better. Every piece of glass had dirty, smeared fingerprints all over it, crumbs in the love seat, pee on the toilet, hair in the dirty tub, stained sheets and the heater didn't work (it was 58 degrees in the room) . Their listing says pool and hot tub but both were empty and were being used to store boxes and other garbage. STAY AWAY!!!

First off, I will say that we only stayed here because we were being cheapskates and we had Expedia points and we were offered the room for free. I don’t know how to explain it but if beggars can’t be choosers then I will never be a beggar again. This place is terrible. There is nothing good I can say about it. When checking in the guy at the counter was way too busy watching tv and not even a little bit interested in checking us in. We noticed some weird people loitering around the hallway watching us walk into our room. Once we got in we realized that the door had been kicked open previously and that the lock was busted. The room was dirty and dusty, yet somehow still unbelievably dank and smelly. It was 24 degrees outside and it was 24 degrees in the room as well. It was bone-cold with no central A/C or Heat (they had a $10 Walmart plug in space heater for below freezing temperatures. We had to literally put it in the bed with us to get warm enough to sleep. We asked for an additional blanket and you would have thought that it was going to brake the place, the guy seemed genuinely offended but by some miracle they were able to bring the cheapest old throw blanket that had never been washed before in its entire existence but it was so cold we still put it over our feet. I have never been to a third world prison but I feel like this place could definitely double as one when they ultimately get shutdown by the health department.

We arrived at 1am with a 1 and 8 year old. The first room we were assigned to was freezing cold, the heater would not turn on, and the beds were made but has God knows what all over them (dirt, food, etc). I requested the room to be changed which was not a problem and this room was cleaner but it did not have a fridge (the 1st room did) and again the room was freezing cold. The heater was at 60 degrees and would not go up. Due to it being 1 in the morning and us brining extra blankets with us, we went to bed and stayed in this room. I will never stay at this motel again as it was completely awful.

I have stayed in this property a couple weeks a year for several years when visiting relatives in Durango. New owners have closed the nice pool, stripped the breakfast to almost nothing and my room had no heat in November for all eleven days. Had to go to front desk twice to get a change of towels. Locals think it's being changed to low income housing. I will never stay there again.

Parking lot was a sheet of ice. We got stuck coming in Last night. The snow should have been plowed last night. refused to give me a receipt at check out. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! The crack in the door let in cold air. Toilet would not flush even simple toilet paper. Called and they did bring us 2 towels and called again they brought us a space heater that turned off every 3 hrs. Wyndham you should be ashamed!

Arrived to find out the pool and hot tub that were pictured on the site were closed and have been for a while. Booked two rooms and they tried giving me one on each end of the floor. Had to convince them to get rooms next to each other. Got into rooms and heater didn’t work in one room. Breakfast the next morning closed 20 mins before the actual time that was posted and they wouldn’t refill anything cause it was closed which they might have been doing us a favor cause the food didn’t look good anyway. The staff was the worst part ran by foreigners and had no sense of costumer service and were rude as hell.

As soon as we walked into the lobby the front desk person said "Id please" no hello nothing. (We checked in @430pm) We get to the room, and its freezing. We go turn on the heater and ita already at 80. The temp in the room is 52°. There is a little space heater. We turn that on. It was our anniversary. We traveled to eat and spend the night away from home. By 930 pm it had moved to 63°. We did ask for another heater and were told we were only allowed 1. We had a junior suite. The bathroom was dirty. Turned the light on the mirror and there was hair all over it. Looked like someone had shaved. There was little hairs all over the mirror

Worn out with a fresh coat of paint
The place was a really old place with a fresh coat of paint. The furnishings were modern but the tub needed to be replaced and the renovations seemed to be low quality of work. There was also no heat in our room. It wasn’t that it was broken but it didn’t exist. They brought us a plug in space heater for the night. It was an alright stay but I wouldn’t stay here again, there are lots of other options in the area.
