During our stay it was under construction and even with that the facilities, rooms, pool, garden, everything was clean. Customer service was great. Walmart is across the street and so we had qhick access to anything. It has a restaurant inside that closes late and a Starbucks in the lobby! I will stay here again.

Good hotel, it wasn't too clean because we found cockroaches in the hall and also I had to changed room because the air conditioner was liking too much water and smelled like humid. The second room was good though. The food is ok, restaurant staff were really nice.
Pool was semi warm. Hot tub was hot but didn’t do bubbles. Room was good. Starbucks was great. Bummed they advertised buffet every day but it’s only on weekends.

Dear Albert:First of all, we want to thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay with us.We are pleased that in general you have enjoyed your stay, I also tell you that we do have transportation to and from the airport, it is only necessary to request and pay for the service prior to your arrival or departure and we will gladly take you at the required time.I remain at your service, best regards.
We had to reprogram our keys every night and one of our rooms air conditioning did not work for the first 3 nights till they switched our rooms after asking for days.

I was down graded and did not get a refund. I paid for the breakfast option and did not recieved it until i argued with them and showed them that i had paid for it.

They were on top of my needs. I asked the front lobby to request a taxi the next day at 5:30a.m, because I had at flight to catch at 6:30 a.m.
Unfortunately my phone alarm didn't work or was too low to wake me up. i didn't miss my flight, because my taxi was there, and waited for me.

We have come to this hotel many times before because of the ease of in and out and the restaurant.
The waiter was snooty because he didn't like the tip I left him. That was bad customer service.

THE CLERK AT THE FRONT ENTRY STARTED ARGUEING WITH ME, HE BOOK ME IN A NON DISABLE ROOM, HE SAID HE DID NOT CARE IF I WAS DISABLE. THERE WAS NO PORTER TO TAKE OUR BAGS TO OUR ROOM. WE WERE SO UPSET WITH THE LODGING WE RETURNED HOME THE NEXT DAY AT 7:30 a.m.

Good Stay. Room was small but clean. Air conditioning did not cool as much as I would have liked to. One negative is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator so if you have bad knees you're out of luck.
