It was quiet for the duration of my stay (5 nights). Staff were very friendly and greeted us whenever we would walk past. The room was clean and the water heated up extremely fast. Overall a very pleasant experience

The property was nice and clean but my bathroom did not work which was a big inconvenience happened to go down the hallway and use the bathroom each time I had to go to the bathroom to the bathroom. This was an appropriate and unnecessary. No one came to fix the toilet. I would like a refund of my room. I wasn't even offered to go in another room.

I was not happy to find out after I booked this property that the airport shuttle doesn’t begin til 9. Surely 7 am is reasonable as many people have early morning flights. I scheduled a taxi pick up for 6:30 am, asked the hotel for a wake up call for 5:30am and then didn’t call me. Late for my cab pick up, luckily my flight was delayed. Not a great overall experience.

Definitely not the Best or a Plus tbh. Staff wasn't exactly hospitable or kind. We found old chicken under our bed. The carpet wasn't vacuumed that well. Their was still random hairs on the floor. Shower curtain had a stain on it. The pull out couch was filthy. The actual couch and the pull out mattress both were in bad shape. They had no towels for the pool. Then we couldn't get extra towels for the room. We had use 2 washcloths and two dry off towels between 4 people. It was ridiculous and the front desk staff was rude about their lack of towels.
