It was lovely. I have always had a different picture of a Best Western in my mind, and this location was the polar opposite. The room was beautiful, and spacious. It was clean, and the customer service was excellent. Will be back!

Very Meh experience
Room definitely needed better cleaning, under the hem of the bed was crushed frito chips, seems like the vacuuming was not a priority. Also staff is very loud during the day. My room was near the staff office/ laundry room and they were not quiet at all. It was annoying taking Customer calls for my job and having to mute mic, just so the customer couldn't hear all the noise. If i come back l, will definitely be asking for a different floor.

I was truly impressed by the staff and the hotel itself, the breakfast was hot and plentiful, which is key for me. Plenty of parking and access to surrounding restaurants and shopping, right near Joint Base Lewis McChord.

Jets in jacuzzi tub were absolutely disgusting. Room was across from staff areas/rooms where you could hear the doors slamming closed all day and NIGHT along with hearing staffs full conversations. Started hearing kids yelling/screaming as early as 6:30a in the lobby/dining area. Was not provided hand soap in room. I could go on… Needless to say… if you book… ensure your not on the main floor.
