5/5 Excellent
"Our room was very attractive, comfortable and (apart from a few American guests who decided to hold loud conversations in the hallway) quiet. The breakfast staff were very nice, and there was a fair range of Gluten-free options. The location was excellent, minutes' walk from most of the places we wanted to be in Florence."
"Great location. Center of everything. Had a beautiful view of palazzo vecchio. Nice and helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel for anyone going to florence "

"The Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Location is great, and close to many attractions by walking. Also close to train station, which was helpful, easy to get to from airport. Hotel has elevator which is great! Breakfast is simple, but good enough to start the day! Had a great experience overall. "
"Rooms were amazing, loved the easy access to train station and walkability to everthing. Only downside was loud 'gangs' in street outside the building each night!"

"Ver helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is near everything. Rooms are a bit outdated and small even by European standards. However, they are very organized and super clean . I would stay there again "
