We were very pleasantly surprised about the spaciousness of the house and its amazing views. The location on the edge of town was perfect, allowing quick access to the beach, the town, and the dock, while also encouraging interaction with locals. The nearby power generation plan was not visible and could not be smelled in any way, but it created a constant white noise that we got used to within a day or so. The house had a large kitchen and living room that made for a great gathering place for all 9 of us to hang out, cook meals, and play games. The very large decks that surround the home allow for great ocean views. We were walking distance to downtown, and a short ride to the beautiful pink sands beach. It was conveniently located to the marina, pink sand beach, shops and restaurants. The housekeeper Margarette, was so wonderful and helpful. She made sure we had a good time and arranged an excellent cook for us one night and prepared the most amazing Bahamian dinner. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our large family. Bill is super easy to communicate with and would respond quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back. ##### Anastasia G. Each room is very spacious with it's own full bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. The wrap around decks have beautiful views with very comfortable outdoor furniture. It's a bit noisy as you're close to the power plant, but it really didn't bother us much - it drowns out the constant calls from the roosters :). The house is equipped with every kitchen appliance/tool you would need and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Harbour Island and would stay at Seabreeze again. ##### Maureen M. It's so spacious and well appointed. Each bedroom is its own master with lots of room and privacy. The kitchen is amazing- big and well appointed. Love the stove! The balconies and views were greatly enjoyed. Kagney provided great service and is really sweet. We also loved the location even if not right on pink sand beach. THis was our 3rd year in a row renting Sea Dream house it is trully is amazing. It is a large house with ample space for 10 people (5 couples). Massive kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Amazing wrap around deck(s) for the most ideal sunset views. The house is close to the beach and town (2 min golf cart ride). The house was everything and more than what we were expecting. The floor plan was ideal for couples, all five bedrooms were extremely spacious with private baths. The common areas were huge with more than enough seating for everyone. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need from beach towels and coolers, to bed linens and washer/dryer. The housekeeper Cagney also cooked for our group one evening at the house and it was enough food for an entire meal the next day and was quite delicious! The location of the house was perfect for the most stunning sunsets each evening. We will definitely be returning to the Seadream House on our next visit. ##### Laura R. The first one has to do with the accuracy of online listing in terms of location, it seems it is by the beach or at least at a pretty close walking distance but it is not actually like that, the second issue, which is a major one, is the problem with electric power the island suffers. We spent almost two days without electricity and it is something we should have been warned beforehand so we could make a decision whether to take the risk or not. However, I do have to say, the owner/general manager Mr. Bill Corcoran was very nice and understanding and sympathetic with the situation we went through, and refunded us the money.
