"A clean, quiet and safe vintage motel. Mediocre heat and A/C, but no worse than most inexpensive motels. There are two or three decent taverns in town offering meals, and a good diner for breakfast."

"The property is conveniently located and the bed was comfortable. The property is quite and they provided coffee in the morning. Our room had some water damage in the bathroom and a bit of a musty odor when we opened the door. Running the ac and having the door open a bit, helped relieve the odor. I generally like motel 6 for quick travel stays. This one could use a refresh, but we booked on short notice and got a good nights sleep."

"I’m not picky. I don’t need much. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Stains everywhere, the wifi didn’t work, shower curtain covered in mildew. I wore my crocks the whole time. You’re better off sleeping in your car."

"Webb's was perfect for our stay with the dogs in the lake area. Conviently located with a great jacuzzi in the room and a fenced in patio that the dogs loved to sit on and people watch. As the manager said, we may not be a 5 star resort but we are friendly and make you feel at home!"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! An absolute hell hole , have a “maintenance man” living in the parking lot . The fridge was broken and not fixed, the ac was broken and not fixed . The room claimed it accommodated 12 people but only accommodated 3 people . An the staff is a nightmare. Spent 400 for 2 nights and in the family room you’re only proved a microwave so we were grilling and they told us that it’s not allowed and made us cook elsewhere . Take your hard earned money elsewhere"

"Friendly front desk, clean room. Only improvement needed is the breakfast. Very few options out even at 8:15am and by 8:50 both coffee pots were empty. :( "
"Had a great, comfortable stay at the Wyndham Garden Buffalo Downtown! The location is unbeatable if you have business at the medical campus or want to explore downtown, as it's just a short drive from Canalside and Niagara Falls. The rooms were clean, modern, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating."

10/10 Excellent
"We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was excellent. Lots of room, private bedroom and connected bathroom. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and 2 tvs. Great breakfast. Only problem was parking was off-site, 2 blocks away!"
"Having a place to charge my car overnight was great! Our room was clean and quiet at night for sleeping. My mom and I enjoyed the free breakfast and kind staff, too."
"Our room was the worst room the hotel could have given us. The cleaning staff used Swiffer products to clean floor and surfaces. The floor was sticky and left a residue on our products left on top of counters. The toilet was wobbly. The floors in bathroom and lighting was not great. The couch was stained and ripped. The pull out couch was uncomfortable to sleep on. I would not stay at another Sleep Inn. I took pictures of the pull out couch to show front desk manager. He said that they were supposed to replace couch but didn’t. Funds were reimbursed."
