The staff at this hotel were fantastic at sorting out our 3 booking, (3 nights), that had been messed up by Wotif. Although we arrived with the confirmation of our Wotif booking, Wotif had not sent this through to the hotel. The staff at reception spent time trying to find us a room for our required 3 nights, and they managed this by upgrading us from the room we had originally booked through Wotif. Staff were patient, knowledgeable and communicated well with us. We are STILL trying to communicate with Wotif, to get a coupon, but it has been extremely difficult to get this finalised! Scenic Hotel staff—excellent…Wotif—frustrating!
