Elegant Mill Bay Cottage with Spectacular Ocean View

The Cottage at Mill Bay is conveniently located close to Mill Bay Centre, Brentwood-Mill Bay Ferry, Brentwood College School & Shawnigan Lake School.

The completely renovated Cottage boasts a spectacular view of Mill Bay, Saltspring Island, and Saanich Inlet. The colourful sunrises and view of Mt. Baker on a clear day will take your breath away.

A covered entry leads into an open concept layout featuring a fully stocked custom kitchen with quartz countertops. The living room/dining room includes a gas fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. A small deck is accessed off the main living area and includes a gas BBQ, and outdoor seating. The bedrooms are situated at opposite sides of the living space. Both bedrooms offer queen beds, and built in floor to ceiling cabinets so you can unpack and feel right at home. The master bedroom opens up to a small deck with a beautiful ocean view.

Beautiful Property
This is a beautiful property and suites our needs perfectly. The location was perfect for us and the view from the property is memorising. The kitchen in the property is well appointed and has everything that you could need. We had a small issue with the bathroom on arrival but contacted the host we assisted straight away. Lovely property that helped to make for an amazing Christmas. Don’t see us being in the area again for a long time but if we were we would rent it again for sure

Great stay
The cottage was as advertised. Very clean, spacious enough for our family of three and very well equiped. Nice touches like a sensor light in the bathroom and a door keypad so no need for keys. The road in front of the house is busy but quiet at night.

What a view!
I write this review as I'm sitting on the verandah of, yet, another perfect day in Mill Bay at Nuala's perfect rental. The sun is coming up, the birds are calling, and the water is calm and sparkling. I won't lie, there is some traffic but it's a weekday and not everyone has the luxury of sitting back with a tea and enjoying this view today. We have had a wonderful stay here. The rental is spotless, everything is in top-notch working order, beds are very comfy, and the kitchen, bathroom amd laundry are well stocked with essentials. Nuala has been fairly quick to respond to any questions. Honestly, we have no complaints at all. This is definitely one of those rentals that you walk into, take a deep sigh of relief and know you made the right choice! To anyone who books it, I hope you enjoy it as much as we have 😊
