Met our requirements nicely, catering for both our dog, Pru the Pug, and elderly mother-in-law who has mobility issues. Kitchen accommodated the request for a vegetarian breakfast.
Only minor issue was the distance between the rooms allocated for our stay. Whilst 2 rooms were close together, the 3rd room was on the opposite side of the hotel on a different floor.
Sorry, one more minor point was the slow speed of the lift and its limited capacity, which combine to result in queues at peak times.
All in all, a comfortable stay in a lovely Victorian era property with good levels of service.
