"Excellent hotel in great location. "
On arrival you cannot be other than impressed with the setting of the hotel overlooking Dun Laoghaire port. Free car parking an added bonus. Very welcoming entrance and reception area. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious and if possible ask for sea view room. We were staying room only as the hotel is based central to all ammeneties in the town. We did have an evening meal on one of our 3 nights. There is a great bar area with access leading out back of hotel into main street of the town.

"Great hotel for relaxing outside the city"
My wife and I came to Dublin over a long weekend. This hotel was recommended by a friend. She said that staying in downtown Dublin could be noisy so staying a little outside of the downtown area would work better for relaxing and sleeping. This is absolutely true. The only downside is that to get to the train station, you have to walk down a pretty good sized hill for about 10 - 15 min which means to get back you have to walk up a pretty good sized hill. This can be daunting depending on the weather and what you're carrying back to the hotel. Fortunately there are usually a cab or two waiting and it cost about 6 euros for 2 people to get back to the hotel from the train station. We bought a 3 day Leap visitors travel card in the airport which allowed us to travel on the trains and buses without having to pay each time.

"Nice Location"
Stayed here with the family before an Ironman event. Average standard hotel that needs updating. Breakfast was of an average standard. But it done the job ok as we arrived late Saturday and left early Sunday morning. Hotel overlooks the bay which is very nice and the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was really good.

"Lyndon B&B"
It was a pleasure to stay at Lyndon B&B, the owners Maria & Steve were such lovely people who made us feel at home and were interested in hearing about our travels. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was so much we couldn't eat it all, Maria really cooked us a wonderful breakfast. We would recommend it to anybody looking for a good place to stay. Regards Valerie & James Fogarty
