We had a number of small towns to visit but wanted somewhere big enough to enjoy the services. This hotel was a great mix of heritage and new accommodation. Excellent value for money with A/C and large rooms.
Had trouble getting a local taxi and even though clearly busy the hotel managed to come and pick me from the station. Quick check in , lovely upgraded room, good broadband. A very good stay.
Moffat seemed the perfect overnight stop and we couldn't have been more pleased with the choice of our hotel, we stayed in the Cottage which was perfect for our family. It was spotlessly clean and had everything to make our stay enjoyable. The staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly at all levels. ...
We were on route to Cairnryan to get the ferry tip Belfast. The hotel was very comfortable and the food was very reasonably priced in the hotel bar. The town has few amenities but we're just needed a stop on route.
Quiet hotel in beautiful countryside. Tasting menu was delicious with attention to detail in all the courses
