We arrived at this hotel on July 27, 2018 around 6:60 pm, it was 38 degrees and the hotel does not have air conditioning! As soon as they told us there is no AC we wanted to leave but the front desk associate told us because we have prepaid he won't give us our money back ($816.16 for 2 rooms). Since we were tired and had no choice we took the keys and decided to see our rooms. The first time we went up the keys didn't work, the second time they gave us access to someone else's room and then finally the third time we were able to get into our rooms. The rooms they gave us were not the rooms we booked because they had to close two floors due to the heat! We didn't even spent 5 minutes in the rooms, never even took our luggage up! We knew we couldn't stay there because it felt like a sauna and I was afraid my 5 year old would get sick since she already has a history of respiratory problems. We saw they had a portable air conditioning unit in their front office so I asked Pietrich at the front desk if we could have one and they told us they were out. They didn't even have a fan for us! We decided that we could not stay there so we found another hotel with AC and left. I asked Pietrich to have the manager contact me but to this day she has never return my call or my messages! Now I am working with Expedia to get my refund back, Eric (Expedia Supervisor) he saw there is no warning on the website about the hotel not having ac but can only offer $200 Expedia coupon :(
