It’s the worse NH I have ever stayed, the room, the food and one of the waitresses at the restaurant was all together terrible. I will never stay there again.

Booked this property because of other NH Hotels. The lobby seemed nice and had convenient amenities. The room itself was not great, the air conditioning/ heating was not working well and the air was humid the whole time. Would not recommend unless you just need a place to crash for a night.

Not a nice place to stay
We had to move rooms twice because the AC was broken. During the moves we lost a €350 toothbrush. They said they're unable to find it. The third room had AC but it wasn't actually cold. The room was so hot my baby couldn't sleep at all. It was miserable. Spend more and get a hotel with AC. I'll never go back here.

Really nice hotel, with excellent transport links. Near a couple of restaurants, bar and a bakery and within a few minutes access to shops too. Despite all this it's lovely and quiet too. There's also a good bar in the hotel and a restaurant (although we never ate there).

When I arrived I was told that they did not have the room it had already been reserved and was unavailable and had to be changed from the 4th floor to the 3rd floor. The room was noisy and also I almost get electrocuted when trying to turn on a floor lamp!! The room was not cleaned or arranged after calling the front desk 3 times I left the room early morning and the housekeeping lady saw me when I left and did not clean When I got back around 4 pm the room was still not cleaned and called to report it I was told the cleaning person was on her way I left the premises came back at 5:45pm and STILL the room was NOT cleaned the bed was not made the bathroom was filthy and it was just all unacceptable for a “4” star hotel - I went downstairs and the reception girl made a call after I explained her what had been going on. She did not even blink her eyes, she just said that if I needed clean towels they would be happy to Provide me with some and that housekeeper department had already closed and gone for the day- Instead she provided me with a drink coupon for the bar and said it was with compliments from the hotel I also was under the impression I had paid for breakfast with the room rate but when I got the first morning to the restaurant was told not included and breakfast was gonna be over in 10 minutes at 10:00am 😳 Overall I would not stay there ever again- Very rude and cold people and awful customer service to say the least -

Disappointing cleanliness!
Disappointing! - our bathroom had mould in the shower and furniture and doors were not clean - the room did not have coffee/tea-making facilities- this was not clearly evident when I selected a room and Reception told me that it would be an extra €10 per day I showed them booking/room details on ‘the app’ where these details were not specified so they ended up supplying a kettle, etc. We were offered a change of rooms, which we accepted, but it was an older room and had twin beds rather than a double bed. This was not to the standard of a previous stay in an NH Hotel.

Excellent Hotel, staff is friendly and reservations where quickly made. The room was clean and tidy, everything you need (towels, shampoo, washing gel etc.) to your disposal. Easily accessible and wheelchair friendly. The only downside is that the neighbourhood was slightly rundown, but the further you go the better it gets.

Comfortable, central, afforable
Fairly centrally located. 15 mins from main train station. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent--from receptionists to hotel bar. A very pleasant stay. Hotel is a unusual shape that made it cool to stay there.

It was terrible experience. They couldn’t find my booking, had to show the mobile phone to confirm the payment and reservation, then had to send the receipt as email to the hotel.

Die Hottelloby war super neu, alles gut. Aber die Zimmer von 1995.. alles alt und einfach nicht mehr schön. Das Bad war eine Katastrophe, Wasser floß nicht ab, Duscharmatur defekt, kein Duschgel, etc. Muss ich nicht nochmal haben!
