we stayed here from 10th -13th for a reunion and the rosenmontag woche ende hotel is slightly tired but rooms were a good size and clean there was always free coffee in the morning food later on in the day reception very friendly and helpful (even printed off my boarding passes) drink prices are not too friendly especially branded spirits would stay again on the cards as we spk

Hotel is old and a little confusing. Only 1 lift working which made it hard during peak times to move between floors. Parking was difficult and a spot was not garanteed.

Friendly and helpful reception staff, allowed early checkin and lent me an umbrella. Single lift operating was not a problem at all, and easily walking distance to Hohestrasse and Konigsallee.

A lovely hotel, but very hot, we couldn't get the room cool enough, also if you want to eat in the restaurant you must book, we had to order uber-eats, as there were no restaurants available in the vicinity.

This is a well located, clean value for money hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly. The only minor problem was that there are only two lifts to our floor and one broken for the duration of our stay

I am customer of this hotel more than 8 years and all the reception used to know me and very friendly but recently evey time they are changed and have some attitude or they don’t even know how safe works and as I sometimes request 3pm check out they keep telling me you must pay 30€ !! I understand if hotel is fully booked yes but as regular customers I used to get 4pm check out also it’s no problem I check out by 11 but not present trip

Conveniently located but has shown its age
Very conveniently located as it is across the street from Königsallee and 15 min walk from main station. However, the hotel is in need of an update as the rooms are very old. The decor in the room are old and the carpet as well. The bathroom is also old and the pusher to flush toilet is placed very odd, you must put down toilet cover. Additionally, the elevator is placed by the entrance of hotel and do not need key card to go up. So anyone can just walk in and access it, making the rooms less secure. The staff is very nice and cordial, I checked in early and had staff come check if my AC is working or I needed water or coffee.

Disappointing
Have stayed in tel a lot of times before but this time the tv and phone did not work your engineers tried to repair but it was a major fault that was very involved. Also the bar in the foyer closed early, this has changed since last time we stayed. The toilet was not as clean as it could be. And finally the room was very small. room Number 512 ps I wont mention the bar of chocolate that went missing.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Pleasantly surprised. The people at the front desk were the nicest I encountered in whole Germany :) Even the bed was comfy and the bathroom had a decent size (by European standards :) ). And the location is great: you can walk to all the main areas of Dusseldorf from here, many restaurants/bars around, the trolley station is almost in front of the hotel. If I will ever find myself in this city, I would stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Lovely hotel and were pleasantly surprised by a bunk bed in the room for our child. Clean and spacious!
