A comfortable property just about within walking distance of Dusseldorf Hbf, though there are closer links by bus and tram too. Mainly residential area, with few immediate shops and catering facilities, but again still reachable on foot. One locational element to bear in mind is that a fire station is quite close to the property, meaning that there was a fair amount of noisy blue light activity each night. The room was very pleasant, with all the advertised facilities in good condition, including a useful fridge. Staff were all friendly and helpful. They also handled a required change of room in an efficient and sympathetic fashion, when a room just down the corridor from mine suffered a major plumbing incident. One hidden benefit was a complimentary local travel pass which was worth around 20 Euros per day.

Tiny rooms, that were incredibly expensive. Towels far too thin. Mouldy bathrooms. Not a pleasant experience.

The Hotel is well located, close to city center. It has Russian speaking personal which was very convenient to me. It was my second stay there and I plan to stay there again in case I come to Dusseldorf again.

I phoned Expedia to book 3 rooms, explaining we had an elderly lady in a wheelchair, and was this hotel suitable, they checked and said yes, and he would request rooms on ground floor and close together when we arrived it was a nightmare as only access was down 8 steps so we had to get lady out of her wheelchair and physically get her down stairs with great difficulty. Our rooms were on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor and we could not go to breakfast room as again up stairs, we were told we could have breakfast in room or 2 out of 5 could sit in reception for breakfast but all 5 of us were not allowed to have breakfast together in reception. Shower was not accessible for disabled lady. Staff tried to be helpful but poor information given by Expedia made our stay very difficult

Thanks for pot to heat water for tea or coffee. Normally the hotel has some tea & coffee packets , none was there. I went out bought my own tea to use with the hot water. Room & bathroom were small for a single, but adequate. I wanted a quiet room away from street noise. It was, but the people did make noise well into the night.That can't be helped.

Great hotel, better than others of same rating
Greeted with a smile. Check-in was quick. Details about travel ticket and free WiFi were easily explained. Check out was just as simple. TV was good quality with a good selection of channels. Having a fridge and kettle was useful for alternative times for food and drinks. Door locks and safe were modern and great, so felt my items were as safe as could possibly be. Windows had good soundproofing, and curtains blocked out light very well. Hotel is located close to centre and in a welcoming neighbourhood, I never felt unsafe returning to the hotel on foot in the early hours. As the hotel is of a great standard for the price, it will be an option for when I return, perhaps next year.

Great location, good value for money
After a spontaneous work-relocation, I was looking for a relatively cheap place to stay while looking for a permanent residence in town. This hotel fit my price range (I paid around 32€ per night), and due to it's really central location, I was happy to book the room. Despite previous negative reviews, my room was clean, the furniture was in good condition and perfectly acceptable for the price: Comfortable mattress, nightstand, wardrobe, desk and chair, mini-fridge, TV, hair dryer,... The breakfast has a selection of breads, cereals, drinks and fruit - good for the price of 7€ if you make use of it, but I probably wouldn't pay more due to the lack of hot dishes beside scrambled eggs (no sausages, bacon, beans,...). The service was friendly and helpful overall.

I have been in so many three stars hotels in Dusseldorf and this hotels has exceeded my expectations and is by far the best three stars hotel in town, service, comfort and everything you imagine you need is in the room. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Great for visit to Dusseldorf.
Location is great once you are there. Easily use the U to get around. The breakfast was good with eggs and yogurt. They provided a transit card for the days checked in. All staff pleasant and helpful.
