Hotel was okay, but deadbolt didn't work on door. When I tons front desk, they showed little concern, just noted it. As I was alone, I felt unsafe all night.

Clean with new interior
I booked a room in this hotel because I did not have many affordable choices during the Interpack exhibition. Almost all hotels within the Euro 200 per night range were sold out. The picture on Expedia is not for the hotel and the actual building of the hotel is very modest looking , but the interior is clean and the hotel looks as if it was freshly remodelled. The strange thing abut the hotel though is that it is located behind a supermarket and does not have a road to get to it. You either walk from a park to get to the hotel which I have done or access it by car from the parking lot of the super market, which I have not tried. The hotel was clean and the breakfast room was good enough, but the location is really not the best, to say the least.

Es ist erfreulich, dass es immer noch saubere, ordentliche Hotels mit freundlich- aufmerksamen Personal und gutem Frühstück zu erschwinglicen, nicht abgehobenen Preisen gibt. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Personal super ! Sauberkeit Super! Preis Leistung Super! In Hotel Website steht 24St. Rezeption Vor Ort nur von 6 bis 22 uhr. Viel mänliche Besucher. Lage ab 19 Uhr mit 3x Umstig von der Hauptbshnhof zu erreichen. Taxi ab Stadtteil Bilk Bahnhof aktuel 10€. Abseits in Indistrigebiet. Als allein Reisende Frau fühlte ich mich nicht ganz wohl, ist aber meine Empfindung . Im Hotel war Leise . Wochenende Musik Verranstaltung in die nähe.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut, Zimmer ordentlích - Badezimmer etwas klein aber trotzdem sehr gut. Der Föhn könnte etwas aufgestockt werden, Haare föhnen hat sehr lange gedauert. Aber sonst war der Aufenthalt super ! Lage perfekt, direkt an der U-Bahn jedoch aber außerhalb gelegen. Hotels.com hat 7€ für einen Parkplatz berechnet der eigentlich Kostenlos ist.

Super Service, alle sehr nett. Leere Erdbeermarmelade, beim Frühstück, könnte man durchaus mal nachfüllen. Im Zimmer war soweit alles ok. Leider sind freie Steckdosen Magelware. Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal Gast im Astra. Gern mal wieder. :-)

Der Service im Frühstück wurde von uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht, das Frühstücksbuffet noch öfter zu kontrollieren.

Praktisch gelegenes Hotel
Ich hatte ein renoviertes Businesszimmer im 4. OG. Geräumig, sauber, ruhig. Leider ist der Ventilator im Bad so laut, dass es vom Nachbarzimmer gehört wird (und umgekehrt). Es gibt bestimmt hierfür leisere Lösungen. Das Hotel hat teilweise den Charme der 80er, ist aber allgemein in einem sauberen und gepflegtem Zustand. Parken vor dem Hotel ist möglich. Wlan im 4. OG war problematisch bzw. gar nicht möglich. Direkt nebenan sind Lidl und Aldi vorhanden.

Die Ventilatoren im Bad werden nach und nach ausgetauscht, bzw. im Zuge der geplanten Badrenovierungen modernisiert. Das W-Lan wird bis Ende Februar diesen Jahreserweitert und verbessert.

駐車場は広くて無料、歩いてすぐの場所に駅があったので街中に行くのも便利でした。 部屋のベッドはセミシングルサイズで少し固かったけど、充分です。夜、外に出ましたがそこまで治安は良くないかもしれないと思いました。 ホテルのスタッフの人は皆親切で、騒音もなく快適でした。

Kamer met klein éénpersoonsbed lag net tegenover de ontbijtzaal/keuken . Door slechte isolatie was ieder geluid van het personeel hoorbaar vanaf 5h00 's morgens , niet meer geslapen!

Hotel com todas as comodidades necessárias, cama confortável, silencioso, ótimo café da manhã com preço justo, excelente atendimento. Estacionamento gratuito no próprio hotel, sem restrição de vaga. Há 2 supermercados bons a 230m e uma estação de metrô (de superfície) ao lado do supermercado. Excelente custo-benefício.
