Friendliness of girl on Reception when I checked in.Spoke quite good English but made effort to see I understood re breakfast etc.Very kind.It wasappreciated as I was on my own. I felt very comfortable having breakfast as a solo visitor. There was nothing I didnt like.

Soft Linens, Soft Towels and Fast Internet!
The most Firmest Pillows, softest Duvet, Sheets and Towels I have ever had in any hotel. Also the Internet was Blazing Fast!!!

hollyday inn in Duss
breakfast too expensive for what was offered! 😢, bathroom /shower a little too small besides these, excellent location for the price.

Something unique and strange by 4 stars hotel!! - nobody help you to take your luggage - if you need any service you have to do it by your self (example, they ask you to use the truly and take your bags)

Great hotel in perfect location for walking to bars and restaurants and the Rhine Staff very welcoming We didn’t get teabags and toiletries refreshed the following fmday which was a bit disappointing Other than that great

Hotel is probably not in one of the nicest places in Düsseldorf, but it is a nice hotel. Safe to walk to and from, although not many places of interest nearby. Room was comfortable.

Great hotel if you want to visit the harbour area

nice room specially the bed, big and confortalble...close to the train station one minute walk...and 15 minute walk to the river were you can get cold beverages. Hotel have very good breakfast but expensive, 19 euros. Over all perfect for my stay....

Good stay, excellent WiFi
Nice big room with a good bathroom in the Garden Terrace. WifFi was excellent. Staff were pleasant enough and check-in was quick! Good place to stay for business if you fancy an alternative to the Radisson / Innside and the walk back to the Medienhafen is about 10-15 mins. Although if you are given a room in the Garden Terrace ask to be at the back and not on the ground floor - the front door slams, is very loud and will shake your bed! Other than that I'd stay again!

Good hotel, central location, great transport
Hotel itself was very good, only issue was that bathroom door didn't lock. Food was limited but great quality. Very close to train station with train straight to airport (S11) Walk to town was around 30 minutes with great views so recommended.

If you don't like searching for parking, its best to purchase parking garage. The restaurant could be better. Staff at the restaurant were ok but not attentive to clients needs. Food is a bit expensive for the portion given. I bought the Lamb chops dinner at 26 euros. 4 small lamb chops. I get 6 large lamb chops at a Greek restaurant-Poseidon, and for less. Overall, it was okay because my wife like it. You guys are lucky...

Friendly staff.
Friendly professional staff, hotel located within easy walking distance of the centre. Absolutely no problem leaving luggage in hotel on the final day to collect in the evening. Was offered an upgrade on arrival so very good first impression.
