I have stayed at this hotel frequently over the last few years, I have noted that the maintenance of the rooms has declined. Curtains requiring re-hanging etc.

I have stayed at this property 4 or 5 times over the last two years as it is located close to family. I have noted that the cleanliness has definitely declined. I brought issues up to staff twice during my two week stay. Overall, many of the issues were not addressed.

Convenient and best Value for your money.
Great hotel. Central location at walking distance from Ratingen center. The service is excellent as the staff always willing to help and make your stay pleasant. The breakfast has all the options you can imagine with different types of coffees and teas. There is a sushi restaurant at ground floor for lunch or dinner with high quality dishes. They have room service if you don’t want to move from your room. Additionally, you can pay with international credit cards. The is a bus stop just in front the hotel or you can call a tax that will reach in 5 minutes or less. The main bus station (Ratigen mitten) with buses to different directions is 5 to 10 minutes walking.

Overall great stay. Staff was friendly and breakfast attendant kept breakfast area clean and stocked with good options. Free parking onsite was nice. Room was a little small and no AC. Easy walk into ratingen for dinner. No complaints.

Room was quite small and didn't resemble the photo on the website. Check-in wasn't good. We were checked-in on someone else's booking and found this upon reaching the room. The person doing the check-in wasn't overly concerned nor made any effort to make it good. Not sure why ID isn't requested. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent stay in quaint town
Very convenient hotel to access, with some free parking located on site. Check in was easy and the room was absolutely ideal for my stay - spacious for a single occupancy but would also fit a could too in the Queen bed. Easy 15 min walk into town where there are some lovely pubs.

Nice place close to DUS
This was perfect overnight for early morning flight out of DUS. It was my last night of a one-week trip and was the best bed by far. Found an amazing little Italian restaurant in the town as well.

Great hotel
Arrived late in the evening. Super friendly reception. Nice beds. Excellent breakfast with large buffet selection. This is in the town of Ratingen not far from Düsseldorf airport. We loved our stay here.

Very good stay! It would seem that Best Western have recently acquired a local chain / hotel. The breakfast was lovely and they were able to accommodate different requests. The bed was a bit too firm to our taste, but not the worst we've experienced in our trip. Room with good size and good water pressure in the shower.

The hotel was clean, friendly to an English speaker and comfortable, it was close enough to the airport for my needs, the only downside was the parking as this is limited including an underground garage.

We were visiting friends in Ratingen so selected this hotel based on location and reviews. There were 3 of us in the room so we had a roll away bed. It didn't leave much space to move. The room was clean and comfortable and and well appointed. The bathroom and shower are quite small. The "king sized" bed is two twin beds pushed together. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.This hotel is a good value. The breakfast was 12 Euros but fantastic. TI eat gluten free and they had GF bread and muesli.

Its a great hotel close to the Munich airport.Has a free one way shuttle to the hotel and 5 euros back to the airport.Great staff,very helpful and friendly.Breakfast was good.Rooms were clean and quite.

Nice staff, comfortable room
This place was great except its not really an airport hotel. There is no shuttle service and the best way get to and from to the airport is by taxi, which is expensive (25 Euro) or city bus, which is slow (30 minutes). Other than that, its exactly what you would expect.
