Professional helpful staff. A joy to stay
I was working in Europe for 6 nights moving around so i had to book a hotel each place i stopped. This place by far was the best. Friendly kind staff, especially Lucas. During covid its tricky to know where to stay and what services would be reduced. Lucas was our guy, he does everything and boy can he cook up a mean stake ! This place is accommodating, relaxed staff (who definitely go the extra mile) easy to park anf with great facilities. Im so proud to recommend this place to anyone as i too hope to visit again soon. Well done team, its reassuring to see you taking precautions to keep your guest safe during this pandemic. I really appreciate your professionalism. Please stay safe.

For the price it's a nice hotel, does the job well
The hotel itself was far cheaper than any others around the Dusseldorf/Cologne area so we chose it as on a budget, the guy behind reception/the bar was brilliant, so helpful and a lovely bloke. There was a small bar, free pool table and a continental breakfast was fine. The room was a bit dated and the beds were very bouncy but for one nights stay it did the job.

Good Hotel, great value
Excellent helpful staff in making taxi arrangements, recommendations for business dinners, very good breakfast (including eggs made to order), restaurant has decent dinner menu and food was good

Low value budget hotel.
Definitely a budget hotel with relatively run down rooms and facilities. Good for just stopping over and sleeping, but if you want to spend more than the sleeping hours in the room you might want to go elsewhere. They sent a strong arming email a day before our check-in saying we need to book another room if our child is over 2 (when our child is in fact 2 and that's what we indicated when we booked the room on hotels.com). Rooms are not sound proofed and you could hear everything in the loud, echoing hallways with drunk people having a good time until midnight. We also had a special friend who shared the room with us in the weird bathroom (a one inch diameter spider - which I don't mind spiders so it wasn't a big deal but if you have a phobia, then it would keep you from sleeping or using the facilities). You can tell the hotel owners/managers don't invest a lot in upkeep or renovations and try to milk as much money out of guests as possible in that they try to charge 12 Euro for a terrible breakfast "buffet" which consists of a half full basket of bread and a few stale lunch meats. Free wifi was okay, but very slow. Best part of hotel was the free parking.

The internet keeps dropping because the router is not capable of handling high volume from multiple devices. The shower stall is not separated from the toilet. The floor gets very wet after shower. There is no air conditioning.

Nice place, located close to shoppingcenters outside of town. Nothing that bothered me. Nice little bar/restaurant. Very helpful staff and a good breakfast. Batroom clean, but small. Recommended for business or connecting nights.

Great parking facilites especially as i was in a large van. Staff could not be more helpful, when i left my phone charge at home they kindly let me borrow one ot theirs. Great hotel for a stop over.

can stay only with a car. easy to access major high ways. no public transportation. (car sound when the window is opended) far from both cities (Neuss, Dus). you can find a good supermarket in 5 minutes along the way.low ceiling, no air conditioner (only portable fan) breakfast 12 euros...

Quiet night and good food
The hotel itself is in an industrial estate as such at night there is minimal activity outside thus making it very quiet. The hotel service received was fantastic, the staff spoke English very well and offered assistance with regards to the local sights. The room was comfy all round, personally the bed was a little firm. The food both evening and morning are recommended.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel, the beds are too small, can hardly move around the room, the shower is a head with a plastic curtain around and on top of the sink and toilet (everything gets wet ) 1 towell for 2 people and a hand towel, too far from the airport and anyplace else (nothing arownd ) the taxi to the airport was about $40. usd ,,,,,, THIS WAS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the equivalent of motel 6 in the U.S.

Bastion Hotel Dusseldorf Neuss
The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and spole English very very well. On our last morning at the hotel we missed breakfast by a half an hour, but they were still willing to serve us and layed out an amazing spread for us. The hotel is clean, although the rooms are a bit small, and there is no base to the shower: the water hits the bathroom floor and runs into a drain in the corner, leaving at least half of the floor soaked (don't put your clothes down!). The hotel is about 20 minutes by taxi outside of Dusseldorf's center, which is somewhat inconvenient and can get pricey. Also, there really isn't much around the hotel except big factories, which although making the location quiet, it also makes it a little boring. Overall, though, the hotel is excellent in service and quality and is extremely affordable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the vicinity of Neuss.

Leider ist das Hotell schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Dusche ist entweder zu heiß oder zu kalt auf jeden Fall zu wenig!!

Sehr abgewohnt, lange nichts mehr investiert. Wirre Auswahl an TV-Sendern (kubanisches Nationalfernsehen, Al jazeera, und dergleichen, dafür nur wenig deutsche Sender). Ausstattung des Badezimmers sehr minimalistisch. Nicht mal einen Fön gab es. Hoteleigene Bar ist sehr überteuert.

Erg aardig en behulpzaam personeel maar ze moeten een zwaar leven hebben het product te verkopen dat hun werkgever aanbied. Als compensatie voor erg slecht internet een gratis erg slecht ontbijt aangeboden gekregen.....wederom, de eitjes gebakken door de vriendelijke staff waren okay maar het brood was oud, de kaas was droog, de hagelslag uitgedroogd en alles bij elkaar voor een 15 euro ontbijt zwaar onder de maat.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vomn diesem Hotel. Das Internet ist sehr sehr schlecht oder so gut wie nie vorhanden. Das Fernsehenprogramm ist auch sehr schlecht wenige Programme. ich werde in diesem Hotel nie wieder einziehen.
