Our stay at Nature Hotel exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, everything was wonderful. The hotel is spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.
The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Thiên Thanh at the front desk. She is one of the friendliest and most professional hotel staff members we have ever met. Her positive attitude, genuine kindness, and willingness to help made every interaction a pleasure. Whether we needed directions, local recommendations, or assistance with transportation, she always took the time to help with a smile.
It’s employees like Thiên Thanh who transform a good hotel into a truly memorable one. Her dedication to making guests feel welcome deserves special recognition.
We travel frequently, and Nature Hotel has become one of our favorite places to stay in Đà Lạt. We sincerely appreciate the outstanding hospitality and look forward to returning in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Booked last minute as our original hotel was terrible. Lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Check in and out was easy. They sorted a tour for us with no issues. Breakfast was really good. Room was clean and massive. Bed really comfy. Bathroom was spacious and clean. No sign of mould, bugs or dirt which is me and my partners main concern when travelling around Asia
