Pros: It was close to the old town; within walking distance and the tour guide met us right down the street from the hotel. Beautiful location.
Cons: Don't put people that are not handicapped in a wheelchair accessible room. update decor.
Location: The location is perfect and close to everywhere you need to go. Lots of things to do. Wish we would have stayed longer.
The lady in the lobby when we first checked in was not very nice to us. Then a lovely lady came and offered us a breakfast the first morning since we were leaving so early the next morning and would not have been able to eat breakfast. The breakfast was outstanding and her service as manager of the restaurant was also outstanding. On another note we have to give a shout out to the cleaning staff and a manager named Bronko as I accidently left my jewelry in the safe as we left in the middle of the night to catch our flight and when I got to Rome I realized what I had done. After being transferred to several people I got to talk to a wonderful man named Bronko who had found my jewelry and after I gave him my credit card number he agreed to send it back to my home in the USA. When I got home all my jewelry was there and had arrived within two days of Bronko sending it. He is a wonderful person and a credit to your staff at the HILTON. I will forever be grateful to him and the housekeeping staff at this hotel.

Cons: indoor-pool would benefit from the opportunity to open the roof

旧市街観光に便利なホテル

旧市街観光目的に宿泊。空港バスは近くのピレ門に到着するが、空港への戻りのバスは近くに停留所がなく、タクシーやバスをつかってバスターミナルに行く必要があるので、それを踏まえてホテル選びを行ったほうがよい。 施設全般はヒルトンだけあって、質は高い。ただ、レストランでの接客で個人的な嫌な思いをしたので減点。

Perfect location in the heart of the city

This hotel was expectional. It was beautifully maintained and we were very happy with our room. The beds were very comfortable. It is in a perfect location as were just a few minutes from the old town. This location was perfect for us as we were travelling with our children, ages 11 and 8 years. It has a beautiful outdoor courtyard where we would have breakfast every morning. Check in staff was very friendly and efficient. We will most definitely stay at the Hilton again And would highly recommend this hotel.

立地が最高

ピレ門のすぐ近くにあるので、観光にとても便利です!昼間の観光で疲れたらホテルに休憩しに帰り、また再度出発ということが可能です!夜は8:30頃まで明るい時期だったので、少しホテルで休憩していても十分まだまだ明るい時間を楽しめました!夜は夜で素敵な雰囲気をゆっくり楽しんで、すぐホテルに帰って休めました!スタッフの方々もとても親切でした!

Great hotel, great location

Pros: The location is superb , just outside the city walls. This means that the hotel offers fantastic views and is close to shops, restaurants etc.
Cons: The hotel's swimming pool is indoors and is very warm. However outdoor pools are unusual in this area.
Location: Dubrovnik City is less than a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. The City is lively and offers a range of restaurants and bars to suit most tastes
I believe it to be the oldest hotel in Dubrovnik but it certainly meets all modern needs. The facilities are excellent and the staff are extremely pleasant and well-trained. Breakfast offers a good selection to meet most tastes. We opted for the Executive upgrade which is well worthwhile. The afternoon deserts and range of pre-dinner drinks and savouries are a great added bonus.
