This accommodation is not 'Old town's finest' and is comparable to hostel accommodation. Our room was furnished with basic decor, old furniture and miss-matched kitchen ware, and needs a good clean, there was black mold on the walls and roof in the bathroom. The accommodation has a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. From the room you can hear everyone walking up and down the stair well and talking.
Check in was not an easy process- we were required to organise in advance what time we would check in with a external booking agency, and when we arrived at the prearranged time there was no one there to let us in. We called the contact number for the booking agency and initially they couldn't find our booking (despite our earlier emails). After waiting for 30 minutes to check in, an unfriendly young women came and gave us the keys and quickly left again. We eventually met the owners who were a lot friendlier.
The location of the accommodation is good, in central old town.
There is a sign in the accommodation that basically says- 'leave a positive review or keep quiet!'
If you are happy with hostel style accommodation, then it's fine, but don't expect the 'finest' accommodation in Dubrovnik.
