The apartment offers central location in Lapad-Gruz area opposite a pretty park that leads onto a walking path by the sea. The apartment consists of one double bedroom (can be set up as a twin room on request), bathroom with shower, living room. There is a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. From the bedroom, glass doors open onto a sunny balcony with a seating area. The apartment does not have a private parking place, public parking is available on the street but charges apply. Amenities include A/C, SAT TV, free WI-FI, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and safety box. Hedera A50 is located on the first floor of a new house that consists of 6 apartments. Gruž harbor represents a peaceful and central location, opposite the apartment is a playground and a walking path by the sea that leads all the way to the Lapad peninsula. A supermarket is within 2 minutes walking distance and the nearest restaurant is 20 m away. The Bay of Lapad with several beaches is located 1.5 km west while Old Town is 1.5 km east, about a 15 minute walk. The bus stop is just 30 m from the property and buses run regularly in both direction. Hedera A50 sleeps 2 guests. \*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. Pets - allowed Smoking - not allowed This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time.
