Phone in room didn’t work Gave wrong time restaurant closed. Missed dinner Off premise parking is not convenient if leaving for an early morning flight. Didn’t see my Expedia reservation for some time. I always remember Morrison as a premium high end hotel. This visit the room is so bare basic and I inviting. Window looked onto side street of the north side. Staying alone and having to move my car in middle of the night I felt very uneasy.

The hotel is at a great location, and it is very easy to walk around the city. The hotel is near a lot of great restaurants; there are lots of pizza places in the area (if you like italian). However, I ate at the Morrison's restaurant two nights in a row, and the food was amazing (had salmon one night and steak another night).

Amazing location. Staff was super nice and proactive. The decor was fresh and new. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant the last night and my steak was fabulous. The only issue we had was that the room was a bit warm, even when we tried to set it on cool. When we told the staff at check out, they said we could have informed them and would have been able to get a cooling device. I guess the general settings are for warmer temps in the rooms in December. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel super last minute due to a layover I had for the night. The staff were all super nice and helpful and the room was perfect. Nice and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The bed was very comfortable, I had a wonderful sleep and overall really enjoyed my stay!

Reception staff great. Room not user friendly. Chair stuck under desk with minimal distance to walk at end of bed without hitting you toe on chair. Closet light would not go off so room never darkened at night. Room hot and humid during day because had air conditioning set to off until 7pm - many people at desk complaining about their miserably hot rooms stayed in 14 hotels (including other in Dublin, Belfast, Galway city centers) and this one was by far the smallest and most uncomfortable while being by far the most expensive.

The hotel is perfectly located for walking around and enjoying Dublin. The staff were helpful and friendly and the bed was very comfortable! Great place to stay!

First trip to Ireland
Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious enough for the two of us. The bed was somewhat hard for us but it’s a personal preference so I can’t ding them for that.

Very, very nice hotel. Extremely clean. The staff is highly accommodating with excellent customer service. Absolutely wonderful place to stay, I would definitely stay there again on a future trip.
