To your left as you enter, you'll find a spacious ground-floor bedroom featuring a large double bed, an additional generous single bed, and fitted wardrobes. This room offers enchanting sea views, creating a serene retreat. Adjacent to the bedroom is a luxurious bathroom, complete with a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in rainfall shower, and a large mirrored wall above the counter sink—perfect for pampering yourself after a day exploring Dublin.  
  
The rest of the ground floor is dedicated to the light-filled kitchen and dining area. Recently renovated, this space is designed for maximum comfort and convenience, leading out to a large back garden. During the warmer months, the garden becomes a standout feature, ideal for socialising or relaxing with family and friends.  
  
First Floor  
Ascend the LED-lit wooden staircase with its sleek glass balustrade to discover the home's breathtaking upper level.
