Location was great. Just around the corner from a shopping centre and other main shopping streets. Airport express bus service has a bus stop only 5 minutes away from hotel.

Location, Location, Location! Close to everything and clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay here! The staff was friendly and the hotel was a nice reprieve after a month of travel throughout Europe.

The hotel is a bit run down, but clean enough. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, when we arrived on the first day, there was a problem with housekeeping so we were not able to check in right away. Then, when we could check in we were informed that the hotel had no hot water. Hot water did not come until late that evening. Then overnight, the whole hotel lost water completely and it did not come back on for about 16hours. No refunds or reimbursements were offered.

Located close to attractions which is a plus. The windows are not double glazed so the sounds of traffic was quite loud and made it hard to sleep.

Definitely Recommend!
The desk staff was great - allowing me to keep my luggage in storage before check-in and after check-out, so I wouldn't have to lug it around Dublin. Sarah was amazing, helpful, and followed up on stuff for me and my small dog. Cleaning/accommodations staff was efficient, professional, quick and thorough. Basic amenities, a little behind on updates, but I had everything I needed. Great location, allowed my dog, super clean. Will stay again when I'm in Dublin.

SARAH WE LOVE YOU!! Eva and Guilherme, too. The rooms were bigger than I expected, very clean, loved the bed and the extra pillows was a nice touch! Love that we were greeted with an offer of a hairdryer, if we needed one. Looks like freshly painted, I had a very quiet room in the back and the clip clop of horses on the cobble street just set the mood for our adventure in Ireland. Birds singing out the window and great location to everything....Would book again in an instant. Thanks crew!!!

One night - thankfully the expected nightclub did not impact me. Room was spacious. Overall everything was tired : chipped grubby furniture all over, grubby carpets - generally in need of a good deep clean. But it was cheap given the location...

Great location
We enjoy staying by St Stephen’s Green so this Hotel was perfect. Check in was smooth, out rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a security door in the evenings (which is nice). The facility has both stairs and elevator. It is located on the street behind the main st stephens green but lots of shops, bars and restaurants a stones throw away.

People were very nice. Within walking distance of mall area and pubs. The hotel had no A.C. The tub/shower has very high sides and no hand rails on the wall to aid in getting in.. very slippery. Carpet was stained, cigarette holes in the curtains. T.V. reception was spotty. No face cloths were available. No plugs near any mirrors.

Lower price and Central to Dublin activity. Just around the corner from St. Stephen's Green with city parking garage next door. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Room rather Spartan but clean. Bed hard but we slept well. Extremely hard to find due to all the one way sts. Took several calls to staff to get correct directions

The location is great, price reasonable, and staff are very friendly. Struggled to change the temperature on the shower and the TV volume wouldn't go very low but this is minor when overall I wanted a good location at reasonable price.

The staff was really nice and helpful. So grateful for their help and kindness. Room was clean and decent enough conditions. Great location that's near the city center and temple bar. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location and comfy bed!
If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep, then this is ideal. Location is great, multi-storey car park next door, breakfast available. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable but the building itself is old. Carpets need replacing. Windows are not soundproof at all. Even though we were on the 4th floor we could hear people talking down on the street as if they were just outside the window. Bathroom was fine, good size and clean.
