Room was very spacious, things were in good and pretty new looking condition.
Service was uneven. Some staff were very nice and polite. Others were were not knowledgeable. Some were not able to answer a simple question on the location of th airlink stop.
Our room was not ready for check in at 3pm. And when we did enter in the evening, it was missing the shampoo and we were told it can only be refilled next day when housekeeping was at work. I also found it ridiculous that the room did not provide washing powder, and wanted to charge €2 for it. Unacceptable.
Also I don’t get it that Expedia listed T&C on refundable deposit of 50€ per day but it was not implemented during my stay. Makes me wonder if all the other properties listed with this criteria actually all do not require it.
